welcome to besides confidence 2019. welcome thank you for being here thank you for coming um my name is Gregorius most people know me as Greg the only reason why I'm up here and why the only reason why my dad is here and that's what I say every year is because I'm responsible for what happens if something is wrong commentary if something we're doing well come and tell me so this year we are the organizers and this is all the people who run around all year trying to get things done um if you see your name on this board please raise your hand at the moment uh because those are the people basically are there downstairs those are

the people who basically you know make this thing happen and we're all volunteers so it wouldn't be impossible and the guys down there are the stairs would they are being really really signed uh please and I'll probably [Applause] um

this is how many people have to work for this for this day to happen and next year if you have time if you want to do something small something big it doesn't really matter come and tell us it can be anything we definitely need your help to make the event bigger and better um so rules of the game we're trying to run a very very respectful event for everybody right so what we want is for you to respect each other and talk to each other right everybody here every year at the end of the day they live basically they make new friends and the community in this insecurity is not that massive to be honest and we

meet up we meet again next year and next year and basically we have made new friends around the world there's a cause of ethics on the website please respect the code of ethics just be nice to each other who don't want to be on anything else participate talk to each other network exchange emails um find out who people are and please mute your devices if you haven't done that already be professional respect the venue right it's a nice place it's um we're trying to not make any changes to it and we're trying to respect it I mean respect the Wi-Fi we haven't heard the link right don't do anything like that I wouldn't do um well keep things tidy for us right

because at the end of the day we will again developers who try to clean the whole place up so try to be as tightly as possible Right it's not bad for us try to be quiet because people go downstairs to have a coffee whatever and there's a shouting and because we're in the breeze because hello and see if I can hear them so try to be a little bit quiet please because there are presentations running in person um emergency exits you go down the stairs you go exit that way all right any other emergency exit a restroom there is one on the backpack there it is one one of the other building over there uh the whole venue is non-smoking so

don't smoke in the venue please respect this even if you have an electronic cigarette and even if you see someone who will come later today please and it's your friend tell them don't smoke inside don't smoke in the black backyard try to do it outside okay please please please um and as far as we know there are no five days so if you hear the alarm going follow me as I'm going to be running outside foreign what else any issues any issues with some people with white lanyards any problems anything you need whatever you want well except of a helicopter and a Hot Wheels

um talk to the people with the white lanyards they'll come and find me or they will be able to sort out any issues that might have and again we're all volunteers we'll try to do the best to help them right oh yeah and any feedback that you have email us or tell us now I don't know it's up to you um don't spam it anybody will say I've said back um now the big moment thank you so much for all those systems and 126 for being the Platinum sponsors uh and helping us out with everything I mean a round of applause [Applause]
