An independently maintained directory of every BSides conference worldwide.
I'm Parkado — the maintainer of allbsides.com. Thanks for visiting; it genuinely means a lot that people find this useful.
Allbsides started in 2023 as a side project. I wanted a better overview of the BSides events landscape, couldn't find one that was actually complete, and — not being affiliated with any BSides event or the Security BSides organization — I did what anyone would do. I built the directory I was looking for.
The original allbsides was a Google Sheets file. Not kidding. Named "allbsides" with no space so the CSV export wouldn't complain. It grew to about 70 events with social links and enough information that Sheets couldn't really handle it anymore, so as a former web dev I turned it into an app. Here we are.
I currently track more than 200 BSides events across six continents — more than any other directory. For quality's sake, very little of the curation is automated. I'm still on the mailing lists, the social media accounts, the RSS feeds, and the chapter websites themselves. So forgive me if something shows up with a slight delay — it's a feature, not a bug. (Well, mostly.)
I'm actively working on letting organizers edit their own event pages. If you run a BSides chapter and want early access, contact me on the contact page.
Technically, the site uses no third-party tracking. My own analytics script runs on the same domain, doesn't set cookies, and anonymizes IP addresses before they hit the database. Almost everything is statically generated, served from 20+ edge locations, and protected by a CDN + WAF. The page responds in under a second for more than 99% of visitors, and under half a second for most. I'm proud of that.
Explore every BSides event on the home page, go down the rabbit hole of past BSides talks on the Talks page, or read the CFP guide if you're thinking about speaking.
Allbsides is not affiliated with the official Security BSides organization. If you want to check them out, they're at bsides.org.
