Closing Remarks

alright so we didn't have a large showing this year we had three people test today which not you know out of 750 or so people not the largest amount of people that we could have however it every lesson those people didn't know that they were going to test today one of those people passed today so next year if you're interested in amateur radio and you've had any interest whatsoever please just a week of study something like that if you're interested in SDR if you pilot drones anything like that make sure that you test next year we'll be here we look forward to it like said one out of three that one person came from Qatar

or Qatar however he said and they passed today so please make sure you test because you never know maybe it's that one day that you just either if you've got a license and you're going up a licensed class just do it thanks Bryan hey when I hit it off to our John seola he's gonna talk about our CTF Rises yeah one thing I learned about the ham radio is I heard you when they need a 74% to pass at least I was told that about ten times today while I was getting coaxed to take the test myself maybe next year Brian alright so as you guys know we do a CTF every year and it's to simulate kind of a penetration

testing red team environment we had a fair amount of participants more than we've ever had in the past 42 people were involved to some degree so that's really awesome and continuing to grow of those people we had obviously like to give some prices to the people who did the best so our top three so starting with number three or I'm sorry starting with number one so we can do the prices right I'd like to invite Jake Mayhew to the stage Jake not only one but had the most number of flags six of the 12 X so come around and step on up here so we have a huge number of prizes this year we have a four month net war certificate

a three month mentis nothing to see here please note a free month pentester academy certificate an alpha card for pen testing wireless AC environments hack RF a key ski up under bug lots of really cool prizes probably have three four thousand dollars worth of goodies here so trying to coax more people potentially into the CTF next year cuz there's a lot of good stuff so from this we're gonna give you which one of these two certificates will take the net Wars and then you can pick any two of the gadgets that you would like in the plunder bug all right yeah

oh you can actually have one more Jacob take one more yeah you got first place buddy he's ski the hacker half is like 300 bucks that's like 20 bucks yeah we do have one of those that's true all right cool and so now I would like to invite second-place to the front right there Phil Phil was able to get 5 out of 12 flags for a second place and based on the generosity of Jake we still have the hack RF and the Elfa yeah congratulations so which of those would you prefer a graph all right great and you can have this 3-month certificate to the pentester academy and a coin so let's take a photo
