good morning we are so very excited to have everyone here today um we are expecting turnouts a lot more like what we used to have um you know we did run last year but um you know it was a little smaller and we totally understood that but um just by you know seeing the numbers of folks who've registered we're super excited we think this is going to be the best year yet so um I have a few very quick announcements and then we will kick off with our phenomenal keynote speaker Alyssa Miller um first uh if anybody needs wi-fi and I know most of you are thinking why in the world would I want to be on for what it's worth there is

guest Wi-Fi here rit's guest Wi-Fi if you want to get on that um I'm GNA at the end I will quickly read a list of our sponsors because without them we would not be here um I want to thank our volunteers everybody who is Staff or volunteer is wearing something mine's upside down um has a little tag that says staff so if you have questions please reach out to any one of us or problems or whatever um and we're happy to help without our volunteers our speakers our sponsors and all of you we would not be here um we do have a speaker room so if you checked in and you're a speaker and we did not give

you your little special bag please come and uh and see us uh at the regge table and we'll make sure we hook you up and then show you where the little speaker room is um mask policy we really appreciate everybody masking up this year um CO's still a thing and we do have you know folks in our community uh everywhere who for masking is particularly uh important so you know we don't mind if you're taking a sip of a beverage or whatever just try to keep your mask on all day we you know we're going to try really hard just to be gentle about it uh but we do appreciate that we have a bunch of new things this

year meta CF is here and they're running our CTF we're really excited they do stuff for uh Black Hills and they're pretty amazing so they're in uh one of the last rooms at the end we also have our Hardware hacking Village and that is a first for us they have badges that you can solder there are only two there it's free there's only 200 kits available so you want if you want to do that you want to jump right into that we will have a cipher challenge that will open at 9:00 that is completely online it it's driven off of our website you'll log in you'll um register and then away you'll go um and now a quick note for lunch so we

don't have anything specific planned for lunch but we give you an hour and a half because we know that some people like to go offsite maybe grab a garbage plate because that is a thing here um so uh you know we we know like that's one comment we periodically get is people like oh you know why can't you provide lunch we've tried doing that realistically it's expensive here and you don't get very many op options so you know we appreciate the ritn and everything they do for us but we really want folks to have more options so um with that let me quickly list off our
