hello it is wonderful having you with you besides Bangalore over here I would just I would just like to know from you about the event how how are you feeling over here at the event and how is your experience so far yeah I mean well it's been a great day it's been a wonderful event uh you know so many people especially in the security human right life mindset gathering together and trying to solve the same problems that we uh you know SP every day in our corporate work spaces so it's been an amazing day uh and uh you know I really like the way the conference has been designed and uh you have multiple options to choose from which sessions

you want which one are you interested in which one particularly interest you uh and helps you solve your day-to-day problems so that's been really good and of course the networking part uh you it's always good to connect with you know likeminded folks in the industry so we are great event it's really great to hear that you found the event quite enriching and you know quite thrilling having a wonderful networking experience with the likeminded people uh I would like to learn from you like what all are the day to-day topnotch three cyber challenges that you come across in your activities well I mean when we talk about three top three challenges maybe I would like to uh you know put it across

with uh visibility being one of the biggest challenge in security industry um second maybe gu The Authority that the security teams have in the in the organization so what can they do what is their perview and what Authority do they have to get things right right so being a part of security team you know there are so many things that can potentially go wrong but how do you fix it and the nttd and NTR that come into picture so that is the second challenge maybe I would say and the third one is of course the skill set so you need people with uh you know right skills to do the right work but at the same time you know

there's so much shortage of skill set so that may be the third challenge that we're trying to solve all of us have different ways of solving it but I think the end the challenges are same across the organization industry that is so true and yeah quite insightful as well I I truly like all of those being highlighted like you know the challenge around the visibility of the you know what you are trying to protect as an inform as well as uh being like cyber proactive team mindset being authoritative about it as well as knowing about the skill Gap that that is prevailing in the industry and trying to bridge that by upscaling and learning constantly learning day in and day out

thank you so much and I would like to finally ask about what would be that one piece of advice that you would like to give to your younger self well I think uh I mean especially with the that is there today maybe I would like to suggest being more technical learn more technical skills as as possible rather than looking at fancy titles and fancy things out there really important to know the subject so that we can we are CH but Technic knowledge and knowled together space with us so I would really focus on things the organic way absolutely that's a really great piece of advice fundamentally be very technical and organic about your Concepts rather than just you know boing

around the buzzword that are pring in the industry and that is going to take you farther thank you so much for all those wonderful insights and it is pleasure having you with us today I'm pretty sure you are going to be getting lot of interesting experience out of thank you thank you so much
