Opening Talk - Martin Hron and BSides Czech

Okay, good morning everybody. The second besides grab uh it's very it's honor to say this is the second year because that mean that we didn't screw it up last year. So hopefully you will enjoy it. We got a bit bigger, maybe even more than we uh thought it will be. Like uh we sold almost like 550 buses which is like awesome. We counted on like 350. So hopefully there will be enough food for everyone. Thank you for coming. Uh I hope you all enjoy the conference. Uh for me uh this is like uh my personal project from the beginning and I could not do it with the support of our sponsors and colleagues who are wearing

the green caps all around. So kudos to them. Uh I will have like few organizational things and stuff here. Um the conference is 2 days. Uh this is the main track and it's running up until 8 like 6 p.m. both days most of both days. Uh we have a lot of lot more in a store. So if you want uh you can uh have some hands-on experience as well which is first floor we call it a library and uh and the dissection room. There is actually a dissection room, the old one. And in that room, you can try uh soldiering and doing like all the hands-on experience. We have a local host village there. So you can uh you

can uh try hacker day which is kind of Jeopardy version for hackers and also the crimping contest. So if you want to connect some cables that's exactly for you. Uh and in meantime in the library we have like smaller format of talks. Uh we also have some soft skills talks on on the schedule. So pick whatever you want and also some workshops. Uh the one workshop room is just next to this one and the other one is the library itself. Okay. So uh we are running a bit late so we're really short. Uh I just wanted to thank you all for coming and hopefully you will enjoy the conference. If you have any issues like we still
