hi everyone my name is climas doggie and today i'm going to give you three pointers to help with basically being burned out it happens to us and it usually happens some word not basically having a good balance between our personal life and a work life so there's three ways how to deal with this one unplug completely that means turn off your devices get off twitter get off discord and just get off twitch for anywhere between I always recommend 10 to 12 hours once a week is this gonna be really helpful for you umm second thing have a to-do list basically write out all the things you need to get done for the day or throughout the week or for the next

couple of weeks or whatnot and just cross them out when you get it done and do it first in the morning at night and throughout the day so declutter is your brain and last but not least I always have three things that you're grateful for so you can either write down or if you have it in your head I think of three things are grateful for for the day or three positive things that happen to you for the day I hope that's helpful and if you ever need anything just feel free to DM e bye
