hey biders I'm here with one of the leaders of the career track and um why don't you go ahead and introduce yourself tell us a little bit about the career track hey guys my name is Peter Bagley and I helped put together the career track with a lot of great people and the track is designed to kind of take someone is just coming into the Cyber it field and help them understand what it takes to stay in the Cyber and also to grow in a cyber so we set up things like resume reviews so we review your resume from top to bottom give you some good recommendations on things you can do as well as we do head shots for

you because a lot of people have never had a professional head shot so we said that up for you you come through get a head shot and then we have a good panel going on that we have a lot of great uh HR people a lot of recruiters that are going to share their knowledge about how to get into the business and how they look at people when they sending a resume because that's sometimes the biggest piece of a lot of people they're not sure why didn't I get the job or how can I qualify for that job so we're going to talk about all those things so I'd love to see you come out to care
