hey guys this is dagestan in school and today on a talk with you about something very interesting the very touchy subject mental burnout to be honest I experienced this situation for for so many time so far so I had to deal with in the understanding to end down to the bottom silly before it happens usually your brain is not really able to see or understand though you have the simple thing so at that point you have to do something in my experience all you have to do is just try to go outside and leave everything behind you for a while and try to do something else the more you are doing things you never did before the more you're going to get
a lot of positive energy and a lot of positive karma if I can say that way and it's going to help you to see things from a different perspective when we are coming back so go outside connect with the nature do something else and you're gonna overpass any hard moment in your life take care bye
