all right yeah you knew it uh physical challenges we've had three years we would be putting these together um all of those little door frames and birds and logs and everything else he spent literally hours building those in the last couple of weeks um there was all kinds of challenges in there but we had three challenges RFID physical key and the my third Challenge and they're the winners so emu exploit for RFID man Jacob on the physical key and Braden on the night Fair challenge so come on down yeah beautiful yeah so we have picks and practice locks and coins for all the winners uh the sparrow sets which are pretty cool I'm inset to learn how to pick better

what else have we got

well it's pretty transparent every year on the financials what do we get coming in um sponsorship brought in 40K this year uh tickets after the kind of um you know if you discount all of the ones that we give out to sponsors and uh the general freebies and supporters and the volleys and all of those ones for coming along brings it about 20K swag this year which was stickers badges lanyards t-shirts all of those kind of bits is 25k out food and coffee 17K venue um is a if it can be a little more expensive down here if you get no sponsorship we've been super lucky with uwa that we get internal sponsorship that brings the cost down by about half

which is fantastic makes it super accessible for us alien Logistics 4K you can read I don't know why I'm reading it out prizes 3K anyway it is about 5k which is typically what we aim for uh when we're looking to seed fund a future conference it gives us enough to start putting down deposits and making things happen again uh interestingly all the merch and bids from previous cons that means that none of us have been able to fit a car in our garages for the last two years um my 2k so that all goes in for potential next year so 24.
