see my view is not just cyber security but otherwise as well I think women play a very very important role in bringing a balance to a team okay and I have actually kind of uh my experience has been that when you have uh a good balance of women leader as well as uh men uh you you know lot of the things that men are blindsided uh are opened up by by women especially the feeling part of uh the uh any any role right I think the the perspectives that they bring on the table are completely unique and different which men are not able to see and so when I was in infosis and uh I

had a team of um you know functional heads who are um who are my leaders right who are the bridge between uh the leadership and the team um on the ground I had a 50/50% kind of a uh split between women leader and men and I think that that gave a very strong balance and I think that was one of the best teams that I have had in my career because of largely because of the uh the women leader that we had and you know whether it is you know there were there were two shilas there was ABA uh there was Rashmi there were you know uh there were many Alisha uh so all of these

people you know they played a very pivotal role uh in shaping um the Cy cyber security team of in forces and lot of them are still there uh and some of them have actually moved Alicia is now in uh in UK um and she's doing very well she's part of one Global uh Bank uh there were many other leaders whom I worked and they doing very senior roles in different parts of the world there was a lady called dimples santwan she was um part of HDFC bank and now she is the ceso of one of the Cooperative banks in Mumbai uh asmita G was a part of our team in HDFC Bank she's now a very

senior leader continues to work in the bank so yeah I think you know people have played a very important role and um and I think women especially women bring in a significant balance you know to the to the team uh two names that I can talk about I already talk about Alisha who is now in uh Dublin Ireland uh and we uh there's another lady in enforces team in my services organization called suata um very strong leader very great mentor for aspiring women leaders in U in infosis and otherwise she's been a great cause for um motivating and uh coaching lot of women leaders in in cyber security industry so suata m is doing very well uh she continues to

remain in infosis and uh is a strong leader there so yeah I think you know it's uh it's very important to have U an encourage women leader um and I think they have obviously inspired me uh in many ways uh to to see different perspectives and uh and uh you know as I said they bring in a very strong balance you know for for the teams
