I just

I got my

Another Thank you.

I

got been here

you have years. You

have Heat.

Heat. Yeah. Heat.

Oh

yeah. Okay. Awesome. So uh

here you

are

not allow or economy. Reinvesting

your

gold. Let's say you choose not to fire anybody and build on that workforce and build that momentum. Well,

That's another

model and we'll talk a little bit about this idea that people

uh learn and move towards the idea that you learn

right a large set of experience instead of being class the first time and learn something for the first time in which you start as you older that experience as I always

learn my

computer orientation to learn,

right? Learn something using it vehicles. down the

road.

America is the world.

I've learned math English.

I got the

world. I know that.

Now I'll shift here a little bit and talk about not

as last year or so and we see a lot And you know this is perfect.

Heat. Heat.

games that

Facebook. So, these are some of the principles I focus on. again um as um you see that there are a lot of

different

I so the acquisition I'm

not only that in the

process we're

I'm very back running off All

right. You get a little

friendly somewhere along the sort of mechanism there. and

burn to talk about our

Heat. Heat.

in that idea.

and

welcome all our

Father. right

now. Okay. Yes.

never

[Music]

Happy weekend for this.

[Music]

for all the world.

lesson.

help you for

all Yeah. Heat.

Heat. Heat.

And we learn a lot.

you know, you know, in that program, but I was challenged by this

great audio.

program. It's a great system. And so again, problems because instead of telling them, hey, you need to know all the stuff and then what we are

like all you know but then I I don't know these goals and then you

know but if someone knows a You can turn

around forward, how they

that other people talking about

problem with that And

now there will be

program by different people.

God does my

Great.

I think

there were

more ways [Music]

enough for me to see my school year. We were invited here and

category was

very crazy to address those problems. [Music]

Another great example of someone

together you know, looking Yeah.

experience

working

forel exercise.

gift and out

there

for you and everyone's ability.

between

research amazing great way to get after

audience. So, uh, can somebody tell me who was the creator of [Music] Python? There you go. You sir, come on down. All right.

Uh we

do

know the only talk about don't realize that you know he wasn't tired. skin.

I love you. [Music]

Oh

my. Heat. Heat.

along here. At this point, we're going to go ahead and hopefully answer this question. We don't have any question.

I

know everyone.

All

right. Yes.

happen together on that online. So, you know, like I said, kind of hard to hold out. We did see that together

A little bit of that.

Next

thing we

have

like also

be honest here.

Another

Yeah.

[Music]

[Music] is

I can give

them high [Music]

And then also [Music]

um they along

I

don't

want you Turn

down problems.

Wow. Yeah.

very

like instructor.

Yeah. Heat.

believe really happy.

[Music]

How do you know? So that's

where you know nothing you [Music]

know I think that's where you need because one And

that was a lot of

They still have access

already. So we don't have we don't have groups. So you can go and see how many texts everyone's done, you know, person done on certain channels. But I think it's a great idea and you know putting us that way you know somebody wants to look at their personel

email champions event. Uh we used to have a a public server online right now just for some upgrades and changes whatot here and we'll get word out where

[Applause] question is the real answer is so you got your academy you have several [Music] important one

subject

list. So for me, you know, I'll say go to those original ones, go, you know, all that kind of thing. You might have to hopefully start with problems on your own.

[Music]

And so that's where you know I definely hear where you're coming Because it's like okay layout and then you don't know how you start I say,

"Hey, I don't think Google get what you're looking to do because not knowing what you don't know. It's hard to go as far as you don't know possibly do the unknown of the unknown." So, with me, what I like is that we've already done the work of designing a challenge and and presenting it to you. Now your job is to do your research. What are the areas I need to learn to go solve this challenge? And to me, I think that's one of the most beneficial things for upcoming programmers. The hardest thing is just coming up with different ideas and tact, you know, go approach like how do I read a how do I read a file for

students? How do I read a file and output something else? everything you know all the different [Music] we give you that ability now research by the Yeah. Heat.

Heat. Heat.

[Music]

So the question. Yes. [Music]

and kind of

settle. Unfortunately, a lot

of

pressure.

And

[Music] so that program already closer.

Great question.

Okay great question. actually thought about this one. So uh so one is people who so we started problems with different we all the person sit down and actually get back all of a sudden have their screen name next to a problem in our problem set. So there's that. Um and then also we talk a little bit about the you know the next generation we start building up you know once you solve the problem you see the next you know the top three solutions for that problem um once we start identifying those sub moderators you know so again they're going to gain uh attain a title so again start to force that you know and the way to get

that in our eyes is is uh you know we want to see their their interaction with the community so on our Slack channel are they talking to folks maybe throw it up to a vote but again kind of almost like a matching system right you put little badges to go next your name on Xbox whatot not you know maybe have okay you're you're a sub moderator and so people work to attain that title to kind of not only force some mentorship but to um encourage it to take advantage of it is that does that answer your question give away a few more items there sure we got a few more prizes here to give away do we have a question before

we see very nice so tell me what year Python was developed 92 82

91. So come on down. We got some prizes from our sponsors. So this one's a uh a clubhouse membership. 1989

together. 91. [Music]

Awesome.

Let's see what else. So I guess this is more question. Um this is why we deliver. So for a sweet lock set is the best in my opinion. So again we'll see the best module in Python to interact with web pages requests request.

[Music] You're all just go away. All right. So, last [Music]

[Music]

one. What is the most current version of Python? There you go. [Music] specific. Also, we'll let you know our last giveaway for this particular talk. We appreciate your time.
