first off a YouTube resets a woman again to inviting us here and really thank you to my team Gianna and my husband Morgan to helping me today but today my phone so today we had a long beach oh you did not come to the lockpick village we had a whole epic village everybody can play practice learn me and people teaching and we also had a lot big challenge so the lockpick challenge was to get out of the pair of handcuffs and through three door locks within eight minutes doesn't sound to i/o and with me heckle at you because of a meters but it was it was a challenge and a lot of people have my

time with it to play a game Kevin to date night so with all the donations from everyone today we were able to raise five hundred and seventy seven dollars for Africans [Applause] instead of conference so you guys win like four times over you guys beat my highest before so I'm really really happy I applaud everyone for donating today we really really appreciate it and half the kids will really appreciate it so for the challenge he had actually one guy got on the board three times but only two people will actually beat the game the other three only could get out of a pair of handcuffs in through two locks so first place actually third place which I don't see third place

third place would be Alex who got it on their handcuffs and two locks within a minute and four seconds and he's 16 and I did not see him and so he actually got another two more times after that and since he's not here than the third place that prize goes down to Jeremy

you got through the handcuffs and three locks in three minutes and 19 seconds and it's Jason

it's also signed and there's an encrypted challenge inside enjoyed it and our next conference is besides Knoxville Asheville and the Charleston

so we all work together so it was very easy and but we want to acknowledge that you know we did it standing on the shoulders of giants so people that came before us who actually do this for many years and just don't have the time to do it anymore and not that we really have time but we somehow made it work and you know we Jeff I stood with Andy and we somehow managed to do this so you know go to the website fill out the survey you know let us know what we did right where we got it wrong what you want to see what you hated and we will be planning for next

when we run through some notes before we start pulling some tickets here for cool stuff we estimated conservatively 250 people here today 200 plus checked in officially with tickets and then we just scooted bodies but I mean that the best possible way just as a reminder we fed you we got you t-shirts we gave you quality talks all day long and it cost you zero that has been the commitment of the folks who have set this organization of this conference up every year since its inception and I hope that it is certainly something that will be able to continue in the future I'll tell you right now I'm stupid enough to do this again next year I don't know why but I
