be hard not to find a group of 250 people, but... Well, since this year we are doing streaming for the first time, we bought the right equipment, we tested it and we made a lot of different scenarios that could happen during the conference or streaming. Last year, however, showed that even the best prepared team, the best prepared specialists may have unexpected accidents, as it was last year with microphones. Therefore, we ask you to consider the arrival in the first place this year, and then possibly watching the streaming. How will it look like? If at a given moment the streaming at the conference will fail, then somehow we will record all presentations or all those that the audience

agrees to record and we will throw them in the next 2-3 days after the end of the conference. Well, max a week, someone has to do it later. As I said, the person who will supervise this streaming will be the task of properly turn on, turn off recording, start, close the streaming, observe what losses are, possibly change the descriptions of the prelegents, make sure that everything is fine.
