presentation and... So good morning and welcome back for those who were here yesterday and welcome for those who weren't to besides Lisbon 2018 and I have slides. Yeah? Hello? Yeah. Okay.

I have slides that are not showing but they're really cool and have drawings on them and stuff. And...

Okay. Oh, there you are. Okay. So welcome. Also, if you've been here in previous years, we always have an opening video. Usually, and again this year, it was edited by Claudio, who is back there, and with footage from Claudio and Herman. So round of applause for them who had this work.

So officially we are already the biggest besides Lisbon ever. We have around 360 check-ins until a few minutes ago. We are expecting around 480 attendees, so it's really the biggest number of attendees we ever had. We had 56 CFE submissions, also an increase from previous years, and from that we got 26 speakers, 19 talks, two keynotes. three workshops and the CTF lighting talks and beer sites. So workshops and a lot of people are asking about this. So making it clear, it's limited to 20 participants for each workshop. Registration will be today and will open only 15 minutes before each workshop at the registration desk. It's the only way we found to try to make things balanced

for everyone. I know it's a limited participation, but it's what we can do. It will be first come first served. We'll tweet if things are sold out or if there are additional places if someone doesn't appear. Make sure to meet the requirements. Please don't go to the workshop without a laptop, for instance, or stuff that is required. It's on the website. And if you end up not going to the workshop, please let us know so we can announce and have someone else attend. By the way, workshops, and this happens every year. We always have some error which is printed into production. The first years we were bummed, now we laugh about it. So one of

the things is the workshop room is not the one you have on the brochures we handed out. So it's the door to the left of that one, but it's well assigned. It will be fine. It's behind checkmarks booth. We had to capture the flag yesterday. I think it was quite fun. We have already the winners and they will be announced, for those who don't know, at the closing session and we will give prizes out for the three teams, for the three first places and for the first guy that qualified during the qualifiers of the CTF. And it was sponsored by Integrity and Overrun. We had Beer Sides Lisbon also with food and drinks thanks to Tenable once again. I think we had fun.

I hope you made friends and we hope to do it again next year. So there's the sponsor's passport. The idea is to go around and at least speak to the sponsors. They get happy and if they're happy, we're happy because they'll probably sponsor us next year and they help us with all the expenses we have. So you just go around with that paper that says sponsor's passport, go around, they stamp it, and at the end we'll do a ruffle. And we have prices for five, at least five people will ruffle. Remember to put your name because you know GDPR, so we don't want names from anyone. That's the only reason why there's not a space there to put the name is not because I made a mistake and

forgot about it. So just put your name, otherwise we can't actually know that you want something. And you'll have to be here at the closing session, obviously. So badges. We have two badges, as you probably noticed. So a hardware badge and an RFID badge. And we'll go into a little bit those two. So the badges, you can build the hardware badge at the soldering area, managed by Steve Lord and Marizal. And you can build it. And you have a challenge there. So you'll see two debug ports, which is actually a serial port. so you can connect with it and do stuff. And the four guys that, or girls, sorry, that actually do anything with it will get prizes. Steve will decide. So if you do anything at

all, go there, talk to Steve, and show him. And even if it's a reboot, I'm sure it will be fun. The other batch, which is an RFID batch, it's a MyFair Classic 1K. And we're still setting that up at the registration desk. and basically you'll see something like this. You have a monitor and you have a reader. And basically you have 10,000 coins there. It's unhackable, so I don't think it's much use trying to hack it. So you just put your wallet on the reader and it will tell you if you're elite or not. If you are elite, you win. If you're not, you spend 500 coins. If you're at zero, you cannot try it anymore unless You could hack it, but

it's unhackable, so don't try it.

Again, you'll see the balance if you are not elite. If you are elite, you'll see that you are elite and you'll have to find Herman or just ask around anyone in the red shirt and show them that you are elite and you'll win a prize at the end. We have at least four prizes for the four elite guys that will do this. But it's unhackable. Don't try. If you temper the card, you are not elite and you won't have much fun because it's unhackable and it's temper-proof. So at the registration desk in, I don't know, five minutes, right, Herman? In five minutes, it's set up or something, or an hour or two. So moving fast into today,

right after me, we'll have Stefan. then Vitor, and then Petr Chavs and Jan Pospizil. And at 11, track 2 starts upstairs. So track 2, where it is, you just go up the ramp, right there in front of Zeman's unicorns. You go up the ramp, and there's some signs showing you. But if you go up the ramp, turn right, you can't miss it. It's easy. It's another auditorium. It's a bit smaller, but it's easy to spot it. The workshops, also the first one starts at 11. And it's again right behind Check Mark's booth. We'll have lunch at 1. We're still not very sure how we're going to distribute lunch, but at least we have opened the exhibition area where it was the underground

track, where it was yesterday the beer-sized Lisbon. So we'll probably distribute around to have enough space for everyone. And lunch is sponsored by Check Marks and Talos. Then we'll get back, more talks and more workshops. We'll have a coffee break with Prestaiz Nata, as everyone is expecting, at around 4. So they'll be hopefully here. And then we'll go back to talks and workshops until 6.30, and at that time we'll have the closing keynote by Mario. And finally the closing ceremony, where we'll give prizes away and we'll probably go a little bit for a few minutes into the CTF because a lot of people want to know what were the challenges and how to solve them. We'll

briefly go through it. And finally, a thank you to all the sponsors and friends that help us do this. Also the staff and everyone else. Special thanks to Check Marks, Talos, Siemens, S21Sec, Shardou Diamond and Platinum sponsors. I probably forgot a lot of things I wanted to say, but well, nothing very important, I guess. So, with that and without further ado, I'm going to probably introduce Stefan. We'll dance for five minutes to start at 10. Or maybe I can... No. We're going to set up. Maybe, Stefan, everything is okay. We'll start it. And so, Stefan Friedli is coming and do the first keynote of the day. and start the second day of this is as well. So thank you guys.
