and gentlemen is a moment many of us have been waiting for we are going to invite one of our own team members we're going to invite guy from our CTF to announce the CTF winners thank you thank you very much okay do you have any slides up there these were automat okay well this is the entire team but uh that's great this is the entire team but that's not the city of slides yeah okay so let's entertain people while they find the city of slides up in the control room so guys tell us something nobody knows about you I can climb walls backwards that's there's no way you can do that I'm completely lying yes you are

completely lying okay so those of you don't know guy guy is one of the best idea team he's also one of The Originators of our CTF our Capture the Flag competition since 2000 and but who's counting uh guy is also a startup founder an engineer a father and he's gonna tell you all about what was going on in our Capture the Flag competition you got the slides up there guys oh almost almost take two take three a slide any slide okay so talk without slides because it's not happening so okay I'll uh try to do my best I'm filling in for Thomas zeit and emerald Levy who are leading the CTF um so some city of announcements

okay we have something yeah we've got something uh this year we had the crazy CTF with over 27 challenges we actually had more than 27 challenges but we picked and choose the best to participate in the competition we had eight different categories such as a reverse engineering mobile for the first time crypto and other uh such categories we have we have had over 1400 000 1400 users registered in the different teams uh with 21 000 different IP addresses which for me mainly says that there were lots of Bot activities or lots of vpns not really other good explanations for that uh we had 933 registered teams but all of these statistics are really insignificant because what we really

care about are solve challenges so we have we have had over 400 544 solved challenges for us to solve channels meaning someone was able to find the right correct solution for one of the challenges so a lot of different teams were able to solve a lot of different challenges 162 teams sold at least one challenge so this means that we had at least 162 active participants not someone just picked in and created the user so just to put this previous statistics in perspective okay the team CD key led by uh sorry the challenge City key led by being sold by 92 teams being this year's ctf's easiest challenge with uh Pacino sold by 74 teams and

breaking the Vault by 71. as the uif shield and the leaking brother only solved by a single person so that they were pretty pretty hard if you're following our leaderboard and a scoreboard you could see that these were very very difficult we had a great amazing CTF team this year a lot of people who helped out and participated you can see all of this in our website as well so I'd like to thank each and every one of them and hopefully you with a round of applause for our amazing CTF Riders [Applause] and I'd like to uh thank our sponsor corillion so if you're not familiar with corellium carillion provide an infrastructure for mobile tests so they

partnered with us this year to offer the real first real mobile CTF where we actually had emulations of mobile devices running vulnerable applications for people to play with during the CTF so this was done for the very first time having a completely mobile Challenge on actual mobile devices so honorable mention we and I would like to cover the rules of the competition for a moment while the competition can be led by people from all over the world this is not a local on-site competition only people who are from the community physically here in the room can actually win the competition however we do want to give an honorable mention to the leaderboard lead which is the EPT team

with the most solves reaching over 8 000 points so great work EPT team also snhd which I will not try to pronounce because I think it's supposed to be pronounced obscenely five over five thousand points great work [Applause] and to wrap it up our winners third place goes to Yoni the only one anyone in the room okay second place goes to the awesome name of camel Riders [Applause] camel riders with 2487 points and the first place goes to ax10 with 4419 points great work everyone very thank you very much for participating in rctf if you are one of the winning team you already were in contact with our CTF organizers and we will discuss prizes next again

thank you very much and can't play in our city apps next year thank you [Applause] all right all right all right thank you so much guy you can stay on stage stay with me on stage I like that okay so congratulations to the winning team and now the moment I have all been waiting for I've been waiting for an opportunity to invite the beside
